ご宿泊予約者様

弊社は、宿泊施設向けに予約管理システム「TEMAIRAZU」を提供しております。
このたび、弊社システムにおいて第三者による不正アクセスが発生し、
【水素風呂と美食と・・・。谷川温泉やど莞山KANZAN】の予約に関する情報の一部が外部から閲覧・取得された可能性を否定できないことを確認いたしました。
※TEMAIRAZU：ホテル・旅館等の宿泊施設向けに、宿泊予約の管理や予約サイトとの連携等を行う予約管理システムです。

ご宿泊予約者様には、多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしておりますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
現時点で確認されている範囲では、以下の条件すべてに該当する予約の一部について、予約者様に不審なメッセージが送信されている事象を確認しております。

・予約日：2026年9月21日までに成立した予約
かつ
宿泊日：2026年9月21日以降の宿泊日の予約

本件において、第三者に閲覧・取得された可能性のある情報は、以下のとおりです。
・宿泊者の氏名
・電話番号
・メールアドレス
・宿泊施設名
・チェックイン日
・チェックアウト日
・宿泊料金
※なお、当社ではクレジットカード情報・宿泊予約サイトのログイン情報を保持しておりません。

お客様におかれましては、弊社や宿泊施設を名乗る不審な連絡（メールやSMS等）を受信された際、次の点に十分ご注意いただくようお願いいたします。

【ご注意いただきたい事項】
・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かない
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しない
・不審なメッセージに返信しない
・メッセージの指示に従って支払いや送金を行わない
・予約内容を確認する場合は、予約された宿泊施設または宿泊予約サイトの公式窓口へ問い合わせる

万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力された場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。
なお、本事象の原因となったシステムではクレジットカード情報を取り扱っておらず、保有しておりません。

Important Notice: Possible Exposure of Guest Information and Suspicious Messages

Dear Guest,
Temairazu, Inc. provides “TEMAIRAZU,” a reservation management system for accommodation providers.
We have confirmed that unauthorized access to our system occurred and that we cannot rule out the possibility that some information related to your reservation at 【KANZAN】may have been viewed or obtained by an unauthorized third party.
*TEMAIRAZU is a reservation management system for hotels, ryokans, and other accommodation providers that is used to manage guest reservations and connect with online booking platforms.
We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this incident has caused to our guests.
Based on the information currently available, suspicious messages have been sent to some guests whose reservations meet both of the following conditions:

The reservation was made on or before September 21, 2026.
and
The stay is scheduled for September 21, 2026, or later.
The information that may have been viewed or obtained by an unauthorized third party in connection with this incident is as follows:
・Guest name
・Telephone number
・Email address
・Accommodation name
・Check-in date
・Check-out date
・Accommodation charge
Please note that Temairazu, Inc. does not retain credit card information or login information for booking platforms.
If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from Temairazu, an accommodation provider, or a booking platform, whether by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another channel, please take the following precautions:
Do not open any links in the message.
Do not enter your credit card details or other personal information.
Do not reply to the message.
Do not make any payment or transfer money as instructed in the message.
To verify your reservation, contact our property directly using the contact details on our official website, or contact the booking platform through its official support channel.

If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly. The Temairazu system involved in this incident does not process or store credit card information.
